What to do from now | O que fazer a partir de agora

February 11th, 2007

Dear Friends,

I have a doubt and I will share with you!

Create and support this service is being very cool and a good experience, after a year and more than 20k users I’m in doubt of what to do.

I’m bothered because I don’t have time to dedicate to RL Widgets as I think I should. There are a lot of things to do and a lot of feature request on the forum that I can’t handle very well because I’m envolved with another projects here in Brazil.

I think of selling all RL Widgets, sources, database, domains, everything… to someone wich can give attention that all users deserve.

What do you think? Is it good as it is right now or I should look for someone to substitute me?

I wait for your comment!

Updated (Feb 12): I will not sell your emails, I don’t like spammers either!!!

Updated (Mar 29): The server will not go down, stay calm!

Queridos amigos,

How to inline a module (Updated!)

November 6th, 2006

Hi,

You can make a module inlined by using the Module Manager. Add it on your Personalized Home Page and then click on checkbox on “I” column for each module you wanna make inlined.

Cheers

Google has updated their translate page so I had to update RL Translate module.

I would like to say that I’ve already done this update and now RL Translate is working well!

Thanks

The reason of today’s outage

July 5th, 2006

I received two emails at same time, the first one:

Hello,

Im writing to let you know that you have been causing alot of load on the
server that you are on and that we are going to move you to another
server that is less crowed Im the hope of improving your site and the
current servers that you are on performance. You will recieve an email
when the move it done.

Thanks!
Javier

The second one:

This message is just a quick note to inform you that your account
has been moved from twinkie to mento. If you did not request this move,
do not fret. It is just part of our efforts to spread load and make your
hosting experience more pleasant. Keep in mind that if you have been accessing
your account by going to twinkie.dreamhost.com (which has never been the
correct method) that this will stop working. You should always access your
account by logging into your domain instead. This should not affect any of
your services, but should you notice any problems, please contact support
at support@dreamhost.com.

They don’t asked me nothing neither notice me before doing that!

All I can do now is say sorry to users…

Modules will be available in a few minutes.
